    How ordering works

    Standard items only, so there are no drawings to approve and no surprises on price.

    1. Build your cart

      Pick sizes and options here. Send the order to us on WhatsApp or email.

    2. We confirm stock

      Within 24 working hours, with an invoice for payment.

    3. Pay 100% advance

      Bank transfer or UPI. Orders are processed once payment clears.

    4. Dispatch

      In-stock items leave right away. Made-to-order items take 15 working days.

    Shipping

    Prices cover material and standard packaging. You choose the carrier and pay freight; we load at our Bommasandra facility.

    Unloading and placement at your site are your responsibility. Check goods on delivery and note any damage on the carrier's receipt before signing.

    Warranty and returns

    12 months against manufacturing defects from the invoice date. Defects found in the first 15 days get a free replacement; after that, free repair.

    Valid returns (defects or wrong supply) raised within 7 days get a credit note usable for 6 months. No cash refunds.

    Bulk and custom orders

    We build standard sizes only. Custom sizes are possible from 100 units of the same item, typically at a 15–30% premium with longer production time.
